1. The heat sealing speed is too fast
The inability to seal is also related to the speed of the sealing machine. If the speed is too fast, the sealing area will be transported by the traction roller to the cold pressing area for cooling treatment before it can heat up, naturally failing to meet the quality requirements of the heat seal.
2. There is a problem with the quality of the heat sealing film
The failure to seal is also related to the quality of the heat sealing film. If the corona treatment of the composite lining is uneven, the effect is not good, and it happens to appear at the sealing point, it will definitely not be able to seal. This situation is rare, but once it occurs, the product will inevitably be scrapped. So in the color printing and packaging industry, it is the next process to supervise the previous process. Once quality problems are found, they must be promptly analyzed and resolved.

In short, to solve the first problem of poor sealing, it is generally possible to increase the heat sealing temperature appropriately, then reduce the heat sealing speed, and increase the pressure of the cold pressing rubber wheel at the same time
3. Insufficient heat sealing temperature
Usually, composite bags with OPP as the lining material have a total bag thickness of 80-90 μ When m, the heat sealing temperature should reach 170~180 ℃; The total thickness of composite bags made with PE as the lining is 85-100 μ When m, the temperature should be controlled between 180~200 ℃. As long as the total thickness of the bag is increased, the heat sealing temperature must be correspondingly increased.
4. The pressure of the cold pressing rubber wheel is not appropriate, and the cutting surface of the hot sealing knife is not flat enough
There is one cold pressing rubber wheel at the top and one at the bottom, and the pressure between them should be moderate. When adjusting the pressure, just clamp the spring. The heat sealing knife is divided into upper and lower pieces, usually equipped with a thermoelectric coupling to sense the transmission of temperature. There are three screws on the heat sealing knife, with the middle screw serving as a support and reinforcement for the blade. The other two screws are equipped with pressure springs and gaskets, mainly used to adjust the pressure of the heat sealing knife. The upper and lower blades each have two springs. The main reason for the unevenness of the hot sealing blade surface is that the intermediate screw is tilted and not horizontal; Or the pressure spring of the upper heat sealing knife may have uneven pressure.
The solution is to recalibrate the position of the intermediate screw to make it horizontal. If the upper and lower heat sealing knives are unbalanced, it is necessary to adjust the pressure spring to a moderate level. When the spring is retracted outward, the heat sealing knife will fall downward; When the spring of the lower blade is tightened upwards, the heat sealing knife will move upwards.
